About Lakesong Lodge 12
Lodge 12 is a spacious and homely lodge that has a lakeside position
With a floor to ceiling glass window leading out on to the decking, there is plenty of light and uninterrupted views of the beautiful lake.
Complete with two bedrooms (one double en suite with shower and one twin) sleeping up to four people, there is plenty of space for friends and families alike to enjoy on a Devon holiday. It also comes with a fully equipped integrated kitchen to suit all your catering needs.
After a day out exploring the rolling Devon hills or coastline, or fishing on the lake, you can relax in front of a log fire effect burner. Or enjoy alfresco dining overlooking the lake from the large private terrace, which is equipped with table & chairs and parasol for long lazy summer days and evenings.
There is parking for 1 car adjacent to the lodge, and any additional cars can be parked in the main hotel car park.
Please note there are 4 steps to the elevated position of this lodge.

The Dabbling Duck Restaurant and Bar offers a delicious menu, prepared with ingredients sourced from local Devon farmers, fishermen and suppliers. Open daily to guests and non-residents.

Immerse yourself in nature's symphony as vibrant songbirds serenade you with their melodious tunes. Delight in the graceful ballet of dragonflies and damselflies, tracing intricate patterns across the glistening waters. Make sure to keep an eye out for Gary the Goose who loves posing for pictures.

Directions to Lodge
From East and South take A303 till it joins A30 to Honiton
Leave at junction A35 to Dunkeswell, follow road to a T junction, Turn right this will take you back over the A30, road bends to right, take Left turn to Dunkeswell, Langford Road.
From West, North or South M5 junction 29 to Honiton
Take Junction 29 follow to join A30 towards Honiton, Leave A30 on exit to Dunkeswell (A35), on slip road take first right turning to Dunkeswell Langford Road.
Langford Road to destination is approx. 4 miles, follow road to join Combe Vw, the road bends to right, ignore sign to Dunkeswell keep on same road, about a mile on look to left for sign on grass verge.
Turn left into lane, follow for 4 to 500 yards, turn right into Lakeview Manor entrance driveway.
Pull into car park to the left passed the Manor house, Park and walk back to Pub door at front, walk through to bar, reception is on the left.
